Rhythm

Rhythm

No group Maundy Thursday, 28 March.

Rhythm is a space for the LGBT+ Christian community, to come together for connection and prayer. We recognise that the church still has a long way to go to achieve LGBT+ inclusion. While we work together to achieve this, Rhythm is a safe space LGBT+ Christians to meet, pray and worship.

As a community we meet weekly 6.30pm on Thursday evenings over zoom, for 30 minutes of prayer. We also gather at twice yearly retreat days (see the news page for details of our events).

We draw on the monastic tradition by valuing the richness of creating a daily rhythm that encourages us to commune with God, commune with ourselves, and commune with others. You can learn more about Rhythm by taking a look at our "rule of life" document available here

Are you considering a commitment to Rhythm? Why not join us for online weekly prayer on Thursday 6.30pm BST. Please email hello@onebodyonefaith.org.uk for access to the Zoom link.

If you have any more questions, then we'd love to hear from you! Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to explore what Rhythm means for us a dispersed community.

We will be holding a Rhythm Retreat on 23rd September in Manchester. Find out more details here.
