Daniel Gerring

Daniel Gerring is a lawyer and human rights activist.  He has been a partner at leading law firm Travers Smith since 2012.  He has combined this with a range of charity work, driven and supported by his Christian faith.  Daniel chairs the board of Refugees at Home (which he helped set up in 2015) and has welcomed refugees as long-term guests in his home.  He is also chair of YMCA City London & North and a trustee of  GiveOut.  He is a Leadership Fellow of St George’s House, Windsor Castle.  Daniel became a dad in 2022 – the best job in the world.   He and his son are active in the life of St Giles Cripplegate in London and he passionately believes in OneBodyOneFaith’s mission to ensure that all LGBT+ people can likewise be fully included in the life and ministry of the Church.
